Guests have celebrated life's special milestons with parties from 2 to 200 guests! Special considerdations
need to be discussed for parties of 150 or more. Please call 954-524-4736.
The following fees are for a five hour event and include staff, access to museum tours and security.
Larger events may require additional security. The city noise ordinance goes into effect at 11 PM.
NON PROFIT RATES (501C3 & tax number required)
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE DATE. The balance is due in full, 10 days prior to the event.
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS. Refunds will be issued within two weeks after the event.
For your convenience, we can provide you with a LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS for your event. All
caterers must be licensed and insured and exhibit a high degree of professionalism. Our preferred
list of caterers have all worked extensively at Stranahan House and provide friendly service and
delicious food. WE DO NOT PERMIT SELF-CATERED EVENTS.
